- Return Policy
Return Time: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Products will not be accepted for return after this time.
Product Condition: Returned products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging materials, tags and accessories. If the product is used, damaged or missing packaging, it may affect your return request.
Return Request: Please contact us through our customer service email damberbasnet@campquestgear.com and indicate the reason for the return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be marked when returning the product.
Return Shipping Cost: Unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. It is recommended to use a trackable mail method to avoid loss during transportation.
Refund Processing: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process a refund if it is confirmed to meet the return conditions. Refunds will be made within 2-3 business days via the original payment method.
- Exchange Policy
Exchange Conditions: If the item you purchased is not the size, color or type you expected, you can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original condition.
Exchange Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for exchanged items are usually borne by the customer. If the exchange is due to the wrong item being sent by us, the shipping costs will be borne by us.
Stock Limitations: If the item you requested is out of stock, we will notify you upon receipt of the returned item and provide you with an alternative or refund.
- Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong shipment:
Opened or used hygiene products (such as sleeping bags, etc.)
